We believe in a four tiered approach to meeting your computer needs; or visually, the four legs that hold up the seat of a chair. Those four legs, or tiers, consist of education, experience, certification, and customer service. All four are necessary to make a stable chair, the seat of our business.

The first tier is education and training that is relevant to our field of work. Our senior network engineer has over five years of education in his field. He has attended Boise State University, working on a four year degree, in order to provide a well rounded and informed technician when you call. He consistently earned honors every semester thanks to his determination to not only get through his years at Boise State, but to also push himself to perform to the best of his ability.

The second tier is experience. Book knowledge is necessary and informative. However, it can only carry a computer consultant so far. When you call a technician out to work on your hardware issue, you want an individual whose hands have walked through the contents of the heart of a computer. You can trust someone who has experienced taking apart the delicate boards and electronics of computer towers and servers. Without first hand witness of a real life situation, such as a motherboard failing, it can be difficult to apply any education. Experience ultimately compliments education.

The third tier is certification. In today’s hi-tech world, there are companies, such as Microsoft and Comptia, that give computer repair people the opportunity to have their knowledge and education verified by a third party through a test. These tests break down programs, new software editions as they are updated, and place the person engaged in the test in simulated environments where they must address and repair hardware and software issues accurately in order to earn the document stating that the technician has proven themselves competent. Our company has multiple certifications most notable are: Comptia A+ and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).

The fourth tier is customer service. Without the ability to communicate and listen clearly and accurately, a technician will not work for the business or individual that needs them. In order to address the issue the technician is called out for, they must know how to listen and understand what the customer needs and wants dealt with. Without effective customer service skills, the chair that the other three tiers hold up will fall. Our company has a combined experience of over fifteen years in customer service.
